World Travelers
Guten tag! Here we are, updating you from Munich, Germany. We have many pictures and stories to post, once we are settled back in the States, but for now we just wanted every one know that we are safe.
Interesting tidbit: On our first day in Bacharach, Liz lost our guide papers. When we asked the ticket lady if we left them at the window, she said, “Vhat!? Zoo zost your paperz!” We had to laugh, because she thought we lost our passports.
The papers we misplaced (which we later found) were actually just the American traveler’s bible, by Rick Steves, Europe through the Back Door. No sensible American (apparently) leaves home without it.
