Changing Lanes
Changing Lanes was an intriguing movie. Despite a plot that sometimes came off looking like Swiss cheese and a back turning of events, which almost became redundant, it consistently built its way into an engaging story. It’s a sordid tale of personal pride, ethical lines, and self-searching.
Ben Affleck comes off looking surprisingly mature in this, even as a young lawyer, which of course puts me in mind of his upcoming role as Matt Murdock in the yet to be released Daredevil movie. But I promised myself that I wouldn’t get hung up on that again. February is so far away.
